A Private Membership Association (PMA) is a group of men and women who have chosen to associate in support of a particular activity or interest.  A PMA establishes its own guidelines of operation that are agreed upon by all joining members. It is a group of men and women collectively asserting and standing upon their rights to determine what devices, products, procedures, or services will be used by them to maintain the health of their own body, mind, or spirit, and to provide and share legal and lawful services, procedures, advice, counsel, tips, and any other information or services which may be deemed beneficial to Association members.  A PMA does not need any authority or permission from any government for its creation or in order for it to continue to exist and function. It is created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves.
