Join singer-songwriter Caryn Switaj as she leads a circle in “Healing Songs for Your Inner Child.” The flow for this event will include Caryn sharing her original music and a guided meditation experience around this theme. She will also help us explore our voices through chants, improvisation, chakra toning, drumming*, and introducing songs to sing along to, all with the intention of expressing and honoring the voice of the Inner Child.

*If you have a hand drum, rattle or shaker, please feel free to bring along for the drumming/voice improvisation portion of the circle.
