Embracing the Evolution of Change

Change is something I both embrace and resist—a paradox that has become a defining aspect of my journey. I thrive on expansion, knowing that it is woven into the very fabric of existence. I believe we are coded by Source, by God, to evolve as an expression of creation itself. To resist this natural unfolding is to resist our own becoming.

My truth and knowing are rooted in the understanding that we are all one, interconnected through the Unified Field—the very essence that binds all things. This perspective, often explored in quantum theories like Nassim Haramein’s Unified Field Theory, suggests that consciousness influences matter, space, and gravity. If we are indeed co-creators in this vast, intelligent universe, then our transformation is not just personal but cosmic. We are not separate from change; we are the movement of it.

Yet, despite this knowing, I have observed myself resisting the very change that propels my expansion. The invitations come—sometimes as whispers, sometimes as storms—to examine the beliefs that confine me, the habits that no longer serve, and the identities that have outlived their purpose. Some shifts happen effortlessly, like leaves surrendering to the wind. Others feel like looping cycles, moments where I find myself revisiting old energy patterns, searching for the pathway to liberation.

And what is liberation, if not expansion?

Liberation is intoxicating, a breath of fresh air after lifetimes of conditioned existence. It is the shedding of the outdated, the dissolving of walls, the remembering of infinite potential. In late spring of 2024, I experienced what is often called an ego death. To me, an ego death is the profound unraveling of unconscious programming—the moment you realize that the identity you once clung to is nothing more than a construct. When enough limiting beliefs are dismantled, the scaffolding of who you thought you were collapses. In that void, you reconnect with the timeless self—the vast, infinite being beyond name, title, and history.

This, I have come to understand, is not a singular event but a process. As we continue expanding, we shed layers upon layers of the ego mind identity (EMI). Our EMI is not inherently wrong; it is a tool for growth. But when we become too identified with it, we resist evolution and create suffering. The paradox is that we need this contrast—the push and pull between expansion and contraction—to ascend into higher states of consciousness.

So, I welcome the dance of change. I honor both the surrender and the struggle, knowing that each moment of resistance holds a key to deeper liberation. We are not meant to remain fixed; we are the unfolding, the becoming, the ever-expanding expression of the universe in motion.

Change is not happening to us; it is happening through us. And in that realization, there is only freedom.
